# About Me
I am a Computer Science & Engineering graduate from IIT Kharagpur, where I initially dabbled in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing projects.
Straight out of college, my classmates and I started SplashLearn. I've been with the team ever since, building and scaling the platform, helping 80M students along the way.
Over the last 15 years, I have focused on understanding early childhood pedagogy and the US education systems, learning everything from curriculum design and product development to the nuances of sales and marketing to US parents and schools. I have seen Edtech K-12 landscape and policies transform.
# Current Focus
My latest passion is early childhood literacy— specifically the critical transition from learning to read to reading to learn. I am building digital products that are forward-looking and designed to be relevant for Gen Alpha and beyond.
To do this, I am actively exploring and exploiting what Generative AI has to offer to create next-generation, intuitive learning experiences.
I strive to keep my approach to building products earnest, and grounded in real-world pedagogy. I succeed sometimes.
